Description

The Local Heroes course is designed for busy people who are already qualified divers and would like to actively volunteer for marine conservation activities.

Sponsorship of this course allows us to train a volunteer to help on the Project REEFrame project – our coral restoration work requires a huge number of hours underwater and the more volunteers we can train, the more reefs we can protect and grow.

The course includes access to the Online Marine Conservation course as well as 2 days of onsite classroom and underwater marine conservation training in Dibba Fujairah.

Completion of this course qualifies a volunteer to begin their in-water work on Project REEFrame.
