PADI Tec 45

Description

During the Tec 45, you are now doing accelerated decompression, using one decompression mix up to 100% oxygen. This is when you skills start to really show, and you get to see places only a a few of your peers have seen before.

In the PADI Tec 45 course, you build upon your experience from the PADI Tec 40 course and start looking at advanced topics like accelerated decompression and oxygen exposure. You will be able to reach deeper sites, stay longer and more importantly, build your technical experience knowing that you have the skills, knowledge and attitude required to handle these dives.

Freestyle difference: At this point, you will also learn about the role of support divers, their importance in any complex technical diving mission and you might very well be enrolled in some of our projects!

Key facts:

• Minimum age: 18 years old.
• Medical certificate by a physician required, liability release to fill up before the activity.
• One pool dive and at least 3 open water dives.
• Equipment you need: masks, fins, SMBs, exposure protection. We will provide you with some technical equipment for the course, as well as our expertise to help you choose the right gear for you when you decide to invest in your own kit.
