Description
Part of the Instructor Development process, the EFR Instructor can also be taken by any concerned member of the public who is willing to teach life-saving skills and to “Create the Confidence to Care” in their community.
You will learn how to prepare and organise your courses: Emergency First Response, Care for Children or even the simpler Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) & Automated External Defibrillator (AED) curriculum. You will refine your skills to demonstration quality and practice coaching techniques that encourage a good learning atmosphere. More importantly, you will make a difference by becoming a CPR-trained member of the public who can potentially save lives!
Key facts:
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- Two days in the classroom
- Equipment you need: comfortable attire, flexible enough to exercise occasionally.
