PADI Tec 40

Description

The Tec40 course is not only expending your limits, it is also (and most importantly) teaching you to think about what you are doing and why you are doing it this way. Even if you don’t plan on doing much technical diving in the future, this course bridges the worlds of recreational and technical diving, making you overall a better diver.

The PADI TecRec Tec 40 course is your first step in the world of technical diving. You get to become familiar with the technical equipment, and learn how to plan and perform some limited decompression. The course last three days and you get challenged along the way, preparing you to the rigors of technical diving.

Freestyle difference: Using all the Technical Diving experience available in the team, we not only deliver to standards, but also can relate every skill you learn to real life situations.

Key facts:

• Minimum age: 18 years old.
• Medical certificate by a physician required, liability release to fill up before the activity.
• One pool dive and at least 3 open water dives.
• Equipment you need: masks, fins, SMBs, exposure protection. We will provide you with some technical equipment for the course, and our expertise to help you choose the right gear for you when you decide to invest in your kit.
